I have been taking my son to OTW for martial arts for 3 years. He loves it more now than when he 1st started. Nate and Eric are patient, yet push the kids to do their best. Couldn't recommend them more.

We have been exclusively with Nate and Eric for about a year now after leaving another studio. I have been so impressed with the strides my children have made since moving. Nate and Eric are truly committed to their students.

What an enjoyable experience! The HIIT & Run was just what I needed: fun, fast paced, and a heart pumping full body workout! I highly recommend checking out On Track Wellness!

My three kids take martial arts lessons from Nate and Eric and I can't say enough great things about them and how they run their classes. I appreciate how patient and motivating they are with the kids, while still setting standards and expecting them to be met. My kids are learning great character qualities like self control, discipline, responsibility and respect while they work on the physical skills of martial arts. I was nervous for my five year old daughter to start, but after watching her older brothers, she was ready. Nate and Eric made it so fun for her and have encouraged her so much, she is extremely confident now! This is exactly the experience we were looking for.

I've been starting 3-4 mornings a week with Nate at On Track for a couple/few years now. I wasn't able to maintain the same casual activity levels in my late 40's as I'd been able to in my 30's and was feeling it while playing in the ocean, on the snow or just chasing my now 7 year old boy. I"m both feeling better and in much better shape than at any time in at least 15 years now and my only regret is not starting sooner!

On Track Wellness is fabulous! In just 35 minute workouts, Nate helps you to transform your body, all the while motivating you to keep going, working toward your own personal goal(s). He keeps you on your toes by interchanging HIIT workouts with slam balls, kettleball and TRX workouts.
