well I came 4 mins late due to traffic, so the studio was closed, lady came out and was like "the classes started already if you want to come tomorrow." well I drove 30 mins to get there, i was extremely frustrated that I didn't make it.... more
Been here with the wife and her friends... they refuse to shop there anymore because of one of their staff members... super rude and just makes buying stuff extra difficult. We have talked to others who have problems with this staff member too.... more

Best gym in the Roseville area!!! Love all the classes offered, love how clean it is. Outdoor pool area is fantastic.. Went there as a guest and loved it, I'd definitely sign up permanently as soon as they open one near my house.... more
Ms. Jazmin and Ms. Bree are amazing teachers, but the management at this establishment is lacking ethics and courtesy for customers who dis-enroll students. I was so excited to bring back my daughter here and start my older daughter in classes, but will not be doing that now! You have lost a customer and many potential referrals!.... more

Great bang for the buck. This gym and has a large variety of equipment, a large free weight area and they have group classes offered with membership. ***Closed as of 03/2018***. Closed down without warning the patrons, membership data has been sold to a competitive gym opening up access to personally identifiable information to an unauthorized source.... more
Love CFF - go everyday and enjoy the staff and my workouts!. I love CalFIT, perfect place for a disabled person to workout or just strengthen the leg muscles and upper body if you are in a wheelchair like me.... more
