LOVE this studio! I joined HIP over a year ago after having my twins and it has really helped me get my body back on track with only 3 50 minute workouts a week. 50 minutes is about all I have time for these days and you truly get a "high intensity" workout in that amount of time. The instructors do a fantastic job of keeping the classes fresh, challenging and fun. Form is also a focus there, so you know you are getting the most out of your workout. To top it off, the owners are very sweet and make it a point to get to know your name so there is a real sense of community there.
