Very inviting place, the people that train there are very welcoming and it's not intimidating at all to train there no matter what your strength level is. They have power bars, a set of kilos, and even a belt squat; all you need to get stronger.... more

Very clean, has towel service. Joe da owner is a great guy. I remember years ago it was a really small gym. Has grown immensely. 3 showers , 2 heavy bags , and located in a good area.... more
always out of sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer. Need to do something about people sitting on the machines and surfing their cell phones instead of doing their reputations in a timely manner, they make people wait unnecessarily wasting peoples time.... more
This gym is probably one of the best one in the area. Everyone that works here is nice and the the facilities as well as the equipment is finely upkept. I'm Taking one star though because it gets a little too crowded in the evenings and they have this huge fans on the ceiling that throw so much air around, I couldn't break a sweat while doing cardio.... more
My first gym since my time in the Navy so really nothing to compare it to. Seems very clean, well maintained and equipped. Friendly and helpful staff. I use their magnificent pool.... more
This gym is horrible!! The coaches are so rude and play favorites all the time!! Do not send your kid here!.The customer service at this place is the worse, some of the coaches aren't approchable and rude.... more
Very updated. Nice lots of free weights plus 3 rowers.Great equipment and one of the best trainers I've ever had. They have a sauna and pool too. Would have been 5 stars. However, an employee used my credit card to sign up another member for personal fitness training.... more
So I just got a membership, thanks to my hubby, and thought I'd get a morning workout before work. Wasted 15+ minutes waiting for them to open. If your hours change at least post the updated hours please.... more
This gym needs a revamp a good cleaning...it makes so much money I'm suprised it hasn't been updated yet...they have had the chance to expand and haven't done so either...the least they can do is clean it up and upgrade.... more
