This gym needs a revamp a good cleaning...it makes so much money I'm suprised it hasn't been updated yet...they have had the chance to expand and haven't done so either...the least they can do is clean it up and upgrade. Also leave work out room open 24/7...these are services we pay for...and there isn't much room out on the floor. Locked lockers that can simply be unlocked! Ants in the only cold water fountain(which is usually locked anyway)....disgusting! Broken mirrors...cable boxes hanging off the TV about to fall...audio on machines either dont work or aren't synced to tvs...leaky toilets leaving water all over the place. The only reason I continue to come here is because I live so close and its convenient.
Let me update...the only cold water fountain gone....and the one in cycle class nothing comes out!!! BS!!! I always bring my own water...the day I dont this is available...oh and buy your own.

Run down. Equipment is old and torn up. A handful of the cardio machines are out of order and have BEEN our of order. 3 out of 8 stairmasters down at the same time. Leaky puddle under their water fountain. The team members care more about their own conversations then doing their job. Crappiest gym around this area.

Terrible. Needs major updating throughout the whole gym. I feel like I was in an 80s movie horror film with all the outdated 80s machine. I thought I could manage and pull through my workout... but no. The supposedly "padding" in the leg curls felt like it was nonexistent. 24hour is a great gym but this one was a joke. I couldn't help but laugh about this place. This would make a great Halloween Haunted gym.

Too crowded, equipment is old, weights are all over the place, needs to be cleaner. Staff is nice. I prefer Fontana, upland or Rialto.

Ladies, please be careful while using the women's locker room. On Aug 15, 2018 I was using the stall in the back of the restroom when a man walked in the stall next to my stall to pee. Afterwards, he was wandering aimlessly in the common area. As I approached him, I told him he was in the women's locker room. He pretended to be surprised and asked "where's the exit?". All of this seemed a bit weird, so I complained and pointed the guy out to Shelly, the front desk manager. I later called to speak with Patty, the gym manager about this issue. She advised that this has never happened before...Because I didn't feel like they took my complaint seriously; I spoke to Mercedes in Corporate who advised that Kevin, the district manager would call me within 24 -72 hours, he never did. The next day, Shelly told me she spoke to the guy. She said, he said, he "accidentally" walked into the wrong locker room. (yeah okay) Here's a description of the guy...White man with blonde hair, blue eyes. He wore a white cap, salmon colored shorts, gray or white t-shirt, dirty white Nike and white ear buds attached to his listening device. He's face is long & thin. Be aware!

the room is still...locked...whats the point of me having a pass if yall gonna just lock the room i'm tryna have access to. all the other 24s have the room open but this one..i'll keep this a 1 star until yall unlock that room for when people need to use it. idgaf about no zumba

This location has lost its edge. It has become unclean, especially the bathrooms-THE SHOWERS-females area. The handicapped shower(elderly) has been inoperable for over a year. The shower units don't meet current city codes. The night staff could care less when we report the inoperable jaccuzzi jets that haven't worked for 2 weeks. I wont renew this year for sure.

I was trying to see if I can give less than a star but google doesn't allow me. :( Careless staff, frequent burglaries from locker room, ill maintained equipment's, credit card fraud, confusing schemes and the list goes on...probably the WORST gym I have ever been !!!!

This 24 Hour Fitness is the worst one I have been to yet. The steam room smells like mold, all of the appliances are rusted, and or non functional. Every time I enter this gym it gets worse. Never have I expected a 24 Hour Fitness to have such low standards as this one does. I live near the 210 but travel the extra distance just to go to the 24 Hour Fitness off of the 60 fwy and Vineyard. Hopefully someone steps up to the plate and cleans this spot up, this area has so much potential.

Old gym but has better machines than some supersport clubs and has bumper plate station.newer gyms are bigger but not better.

Lockers get broken into. Sauna broken. Weak steam room. No suit spinner to dry your bathing suit after the pool. Not one water fountain or sink can fit a tall water bottle. No doors on shower stalls. Basketball court closed for no reason.

Security is so bad. somebody opened 4 locks within one hour. He stealed wallets. No help any staff at this facility for lost wallets and stuffs. My lock was damage for trying to open. but he didn't open it. I just got luck and bad experience. Staffs were horrible for this accidents. This facility is so dirty. Beware it seems to open slashed locks by using hammers and tools.

I've tried cancelling my membership for a while. I've went to the facility multiple times to cancel my membership but the manager is NEVER there and I'm being told the only way to cancel is in person and with a manager. This is a COMPLETE waste of my time. The general manager of the facility is Gabriela L. Why is it mandatory for a manager to cancel a subscription? I've never had any problems cancelling with any other gym memberships that I've had in the past. I've already submitted a complaint through corporate. After I cancel my subscription, this is the last time I ever use or recommend 24 hour fitness to ANYONE!

I just been this location and reception Rei are not allow me in. I have registered in system even I have paper approval that I have guess pass for 1 month, but he resist not allow me in. Even not provide me with one time pass ticket, I do not know how much it. That's horrible experience for me. Never go again, and it is not honor your customer with print valid paper at all, business will not last long.

Last Saturday the lock in my locker was open by somebody and my belongings stash into another locker with a different lock . Maybe was a prank or a bad joke....who knows..... but since I thought that I have been rob, I ask the staff to check the cameras in the lobby to see who left with my belonging....They show the utmost disregard for the matter and said that I should came back Monday morning when the manager is on duty.....!!!! Oh my GOD.....next Monday !!!! The Monday morning Manager is the most amazing creature......an Ape....!!!, without education, manners, and lack of care for any living thing !!! Her name very appropriate : Patti !!!! No only this creature make me call the police, saying that I can"t see the surveillance cameras tapes without the police present, but after I wait for an hour for the police, ...when the police arrive the Ape Manager....told him that the cameras have not been working for months already !!!! ........How I found out that my belongings were in another locker is another story, and the 24 Fitness staff didn't help in any way for that to happen !!!!

Just like any normal 24 hour depending on what time of the day that you come this place is packed. But that's the amazing thing about a gym that's open all day you can come whenever you like to. So from personal experience if your trying to get a good workout in and don't want to wait for equipment then come before 7am and after 10pm. 3 stars for the the fact that there is usually machines that are broken and they seem like they never get fixed

They've updated many things at this location except the bathroom. You almost rather hold it than smell the stench of old piss. Other than that this location is very nice
