This gym is probably one of the best one in the area. Everyone that works here is nice and the the facilities as well as the equipment is finely upkept.
I'm Taking one star though because it gets a little too crowded in the evenings and they have this huge fans on the ceiling that throw so much air around, I couldn't break a sweat while doing cardio... Some of you may like the fan idea but I don't. Not when I'm trying to break a sweat.

Great gym, great price. Great customer service, too.
The only downside so far is the weekend hours, it closes at 8pm and that's usually when I begin my work out. But that's not enough to make me go somewhere else

I love that there are so many amenities available. My favorite is the Movie Theater Cardio. I don't even feel like I'm working out. Everything is always clean and the staff is super friendly.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO CHUZE UNLESS YOU WANT UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. I would give zero stars if I could. Charged my account over 100 dollars. I had no idea the charge was going to happen. Was NOT told about it. Chuze did nothing to rectify the situation. Corporate and in store associates basically told me to kick rocks. Absolute worst customer service I have ever see in my life. Terrible experience. I would not recommend to anyone.

Love it! Many machines, classes, even massage and tanning. If you are looking for a great gym full of real people then this is your place. Awesome prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff, wide variety of classes, and a juice/smoothie bar all work together to make this the best gym ever!

This is the best gym I have ever been to. They got every piece of equipment you need to burn in cardio or to gain some muscles. Even places where you can do yoga in peace, relax, stretch and bike! Their cinema is a great idea and for those who are introverted or just want to see a movie. The cinema is a great place. The staff here are always friendly and have a smile on. Their manager is really considerate and helps his customers. The hydromassage is a must and so are team training classes. They motivate you and are awesome to workout with. Definitely give this gym a try! (Also smoothie bar tastes great!)

I love the cinema room at midnight, it's usually empty so I can watch the movie in peace. (: lost 5lbs this week.

I love your gym, but was very disappointed to find out that you will no longer be showing movies in the theater between the hours of midnight and 4:30am when so many people would rather watch a move that 6 news channels that argue all day long. Your website is misrepresenting itself by selling a product that is not available during open hours. Rancho Cucamonga Chuze Gym

Place is nice and good prices but has no free weights and with my wife's membership there was a problem with a billing update and they asked us to go both (which is really hard because we are busy) and now that we go they tell us that we have to pay for the months that the membership was cancelled?
because the billing was not updated correctly? horrible IMO I havent seen those bussiness practices in a long time, you should only pay for what you use.

Great space, friendly staff, nice amenities, affordable. They have over 5 stair masters which is something I appreciate. They even have a juice bar inside of the facility. Also have the free lockers available. Great machines, nice environment, clean pool, you should try it out. Free 7 day trial by downloading the app

Excellent..... you'll never find a gym like this with the movie theater an exercise equipment inside the theater instead of seats is exercise equipment awesome a pool jacuzzi saunas wet and dry free weights over 200 machines Smoothie Bar tanning booth HydroMassage beds HydroMassage recliners TVs everywhere on different channels you just have your earphones and your plug in and turn the channel you want to lesson 2 it the one on Foothill in Rancho Cucamonga you will not be sorry you joined guaranteed and it's got a room for kids so come people and have fun working out listening to the music watching TV different movies every day in the movie theater and it's not expensive at all so come join the fun it's awesome I love it.......

Clean Gym, friendly staff! Restrooms are spotless and the environment is welcoming. There is also PLENTY of equipment! By far the best gym i have visited. No haggled prices, No competitive atmosphere and no Stuck up rude staff members. Once my trial is over i will definitely be purchasing a membership!

Love this gym!
My membership is only $20, I can go to any location (altjouaa it's limited, hopefully they expand) and bring guests on the weekends. Membership also includes: sauna, steamrooms, tanning, hydro massage, workout classes (they very), cycling class and pool access!
Also like how this locstloc has a smoothie and protein shake bar. And they are super tasty .My favorite and go-to is the chocolate peanut butter protein shake.
All the workers always greet you which makes it that much more pleasant.

Open 24 hours on weekdays, hydro massage chairs, smoothie bar, two separate areas with cardio equipment, double the machines than my current gym. And Free lockers, your not allowed to bring bags on the floor. (courtesy lockers but free non the less)

Just began my 7 day trial and so far I'm loving it! I went during a "busy" rush hour and there were still plenty of equipment to choose from. Emmett up front is super sweet and helpful and I love the movie room! The circuit equipment is also really great for a novice like me who has no idea what to do when walking into a gym. Definitely going to stick with this place!

Every time I go I am greeted by people who love working at Chuze and the machines are always clean. I have yet to have a bad experience at this location regardless of what time I go. The child care cant be beat for the price and the kids have fun. I love the theater room and sauna.

I love this gym. The day care staff is amazing there is no gym intimidation they have stocked supplies to wipe down machines when you are done. It is very clean again I love it here.

Large and clean but a bit limited in the weight section. Also, it used to be nice a few months ago because it wasn't too packed in the evenings but they just keep adding people and now it's quite difficult to get in the workout you want. Save your money for a quieter gym if you like less people in the evenings/nights.

Staff here it best of any gym I've been to BY FAR. Always feel welcomed. Amenities at this gym are also top notch; especially for the price.

This location is so clean and has such a friendly environment. I used to dread the gym but I seriously look forward to coming here. The fitness classes are great too! Overall great place to work out at.

I love the gym. The staff and the policies have changed a bit. Well a lot and some of the policies like the ice are the worst. The newer staff are still all really really nice. It's still an awesome gym, the best around by far.

This is a nice, big, and clean gym but most gyms are like that. So they're not different than most.
The reason I gave 2 stars (1 of them being for effort) was because the staff isn't trained in sensitivity. They ALWAYS greet and say goodbye using PRONOUNS, which most businesses are fading out.
It's nice to be greeted and it only takes a second to say "Come back again soon!" WITHOUT PRONOUNS.
Do you know how annoying it is to have the staff say, "Welcome back LADIES," when you are a transgender man? It can really ruin your whole day.
Staff should really stop saying sir, madam, miss, ladies, etc. It only takes a second to train staff to omit these words from their vocabulary.
I will change my review once I see staff making a change. They will have plenty of opportunities since they alwayd greet and say bye at the door.

Definitely the best gym I've ever been a member of, and I've been going to gyms since I got out of High School and that's longer than I care to remember. The Gym is always clean as well as the locker rooms. Memberships start at $10. I have the $20 one and that gets you full gym access as well as access to Chuze Cinema, the Hydromassage Chairs and tables, Tanning Booths, The Pool, Jacuzzi, Steam Room, Infrared Sauna, and Group Classes. All the equipment is fairly new, in great condition and they also have a Juice Bar inside.

amazing gym. Great amenities, clean and fairly new/well kept equipment. Everyone there has good gym etiquette, I think because of all this signs condemning all those things people do that make people hate going to the gym. Great little gym in the rust of typical gyms.
