Life changing. The instructors and attention to my needs is far above what anyone could expect. They have helped me recover from a surgery and brought me back to my normal strength. I feel challenged and I am able to go about life without pain. I do private sessions. Clean studio and friendly instructors. Great location too!
I had never done Pilates before this and
started working with Nina at Body Redefined to improve my core strength, flexibility, balance to help with my weightlifting.
In the process I learned it not only helped with those things but I started feeling more centered all together, the aches of lifting heavy subsided, I was more calm, my mind at peace and even sleeping better.
There are so many incredible benefits from Pilates than just an exercise. I cannot wait to get back in when everything opens again!

This is the best Pilates studio ever that I've been experienced. I've been have private class since 2019 with Nina, and she helped me a lot to improve my body shape. Nina has full knowledge of Pilates and is well educated Pilates instructor as well. The one of reasons that I love this studio is Nina leads me to try different exercises in each class regarding on the day's needs.
