Very clean and old school gym. The owners constantly monitor and clean the place. The monthly fee is low, and there is no hassle to cancel. The equipment is well maintained. Parking is easy.... more

I joined just for a vacation while in Hawaii, but I liked the circuit workout a lot so i joined again here at home. Also the hours are great and it's always clean..I love this place.... more

I've been going to this gym for a few years now. The machines are good and it's well maintained. It would be even better if they had pilates classes!.This is a pretty small gym. It is priced the same as 24 hour fitness but much smaller much less busy and the people going there seem to be pretty friendly.... more
