I joined just for a vacation while in Hawaii, but I liked the circuit workout a lot so i joined again here at home. Also the hours are great and it's always clean..I love this place.... more

The place is closed with NO signage.Need to have zumba classes with people who KNOW HOW TO DANCE!.Everytime I have gone the staff has been super friendly. I only went there times, as I was in the area for work, but had a great experience.... more

I've been going to this gym for a few years now. The machines are good and it's well maintained. It would be even better if they had pilates classes!.This is a pretty small gym. It is priced the same as 24 hour fitness but much smaller much less busy and the people going there seem to be pretty friendly.... more
