I've been going to this gym for a few years now. The machines are good and it's well maintained. It would be even better if they had pilates classes!
This is a pretty small gym. It is priced the same as 24 hour fitness but much smaller much less busy and the people going there seem to be pretty friendly. It is nice that you can go 24 hours a day and its usually not too busy. Plus it is right next to my house.
I have been to over 30 different Anytime Fitness gyms across America. The manager at the Rancho Cordova, CA gym was the most rude manager I have met yet to date. Not only did I not feel welcome at the gym but she was rude to many of the other gym patrons as well. There seem to be a few gym patrons that the manager was nice to, but to many others she was not polite. One time there were a few of us who were stretching in the studio room when she came into the room and told us we had to get out because a class was starting. When someone politely pointed out that the class didn't start until 5:15 pm and it was only 5 pm, she said they had to get the room ready for the class. Her response was curt and not friendly. I stopped patronizing this location and now belong to a competing gym nearby. I recommend to the owner of this Anytime Fitness to either send the manager for additional training or fire her.
Always clean and not too crowded. The owner/staff are super nice and friendly. Bathrooms are great as well for getting ready after a workout.
They have a thousand ways to charge you extra money without informing you. And basically no one will listen to you after they got you on their hook, go here if you wanna pay a hundred a month to work out. Michelle, one of their employee, will literally yell at you if there's anything shes not happy about. Wow, how about some respect?

The owner Kevin is a jerk. The other locations and the company as a whole are great. The current owner ruined this location.
Beware when signing into a contract as there are hidden fees and the customer service is awful. I have had multiple issues with billing since becoming a member and no one has assisted me. I keep being referred to a third party to handle which is an automated system and very difficult to work with. You can definitely find a better gym in the area with less hassle, similar pricing with likely more amenities, and friendlier service.

It's the cleanest gym I've ever been in, has new equipment, has great trainers, and attentive management! I would give six stars if I could. They have equipment that some of the biggest gyms don't have. If you are rude and disrespectful DO NOT GO HERE, you will ruin the awesome vibe. If you haven't been to this gym before then just go check it out for yourself, you can thank me later ;)

Manager is a grindy little a- hole with that 'i don't make the rules but I do enforce them' Bullsquish. I was trying to sign up for my free week trial and she was being impossible. Really unpleasant.
I'm not one to publicly post reviews unless I am raving about the exceptional quality. Which is to say, I'd prefer if the need to offer an opinion were positive. In the case of this anytime fitness location however, I feel the it important to express my disappointment.
I travel weekly for business and have attended literally hundreds of anytime locations. My hotel was close by and upon my first visit I worked out that evening near a group of 3 or 4 vulgar, rude, and loud men. They continually used radical curse words and depreciated female athletes on the television. I was appalled. I returned 2 days later, purposely hours after the time I had visited when previous experience occurred. It was upon this visit I noticed one of the same men, Zax he told me his name, was wearing an Anytime Fitness polo and he worked/works at this location. This evening as I worked out and tried to ignore him, he treated everyone within the gym as if he were in a frat house, despite his friends from the previous day not in attendance. It was disappointing to say the least and said disappointment has remained with me and caused continuous uncertainty concerning who I may be forced to confront when working out.
I love this gym. It is always clean, spacious and always find a machine to work on. I have been to other gyms , but this one has all top notch equipment and they are always bringing in new trainers, equipments. The staff is awesome! Highly recommend this place
BEST GYM EVER!!!! I am so happy I joined here - it has been a breath of fresh air from the mega-gym experience. PRIVATE BATHROOMS WITH SHOWER, need I say more? EVERYONE there is super nice, friendly, helpful, accommodating, and fun! Nice to go to any state or place 24/7 and just swipe in the front door. Perfect for travel. Seems like they keep adding more equipment and changing things up. This location has all kinds of extra stuff for people into TRX, heavy bag, speed bag, etc. Lots of classes too.
Excellent Gym!! Anytime has everything I need to have a successful healthy lifestyle. Knowledgeable staff and great equipment. Friendly atmosphere and clean.
