Great gym for serious fitness folks.They have every kind of equipment you could need, from machines to free weights to cardiac. It's a relaxed atmosphere where you don't have to get dressed up or feel like it's like other gyms in the area.... more
All of the trainers are so amazing, and they each challenge you in different ways, with new exercises each time. They focus on form and high reps, but they always make sure you are working and using weights within your body limits.... more
Love the new Murrieta location! Personal training in a small and private setting is so much better than a large crowded gym. For me, the one-on-one training model keeps me motivated and accountable.... more
Its an alright gym quiet not to many members the few times I've been in staff is friendly but its an older run down location. All equipment seemed to be fully functional locker rooms were kinda gross and super run down.... more
