All of the trainers are so amazing, and they each challenge you in different ways, with new exercises each time. They focus on form and high reps, but they always make sure you are working and using weights within your body limits.... more
This is the best CrossFit gym in the area . Coaches are friendly and actually explain the wods and go over technique. Other gyms the coaches are concerned about the elite athletes. This gym is about family, community, and being healthy for a long time ahead without injuries, it is what CrossFit is really about!!!.... more

My son loved the place years ago. I work nearby and the parents suck! They just dart out in traffic and many have several kids that they decide to not carry or put in strollers.. My daughter goes here and has a blast Coach Marry is so nice and super sweet to me also.... more

Although the gym is decent and there's a great community of climbers the owner of the gym is nothing but money hungry. I had a membership for 2 years. During the first year of my membership they were running a promotion that any money spent at the shop would give you 10 % cash back when you renewed your year membership.... more
Eh...I was not very impressed. If you can afford an overpriced personal trainer you probably don't live in Murrieta. I found much better alternatives for a lot less.. I had a great experience here.... more
Its an alright gym quiet not to many members the few times I've been in staff is friendly but its an older run down location. All equipment seemed to be fully functional locker rooms were kinda gross and super run down.... more
