This is the best CrossFit gym in the area (Temecula, Murrieta, Wildomar). Coaches are friendly and actually explain the wods and go over technique. Other gyms the coaches are concerned about the elite athletes. This gym is about family, community, and being healthy for a long time ahead without injuries, it is what CrossFit is really about!!!
Learned the ropes here. Coaches are great. Classes are well structured and programmed. Good for all levels.

I checked out numerous crossfit facilities. What I enjoy about this one is that the instructors take the time to work on fundamentals. No judging thstb not a pro athlete. Clean place. Friendly atmosphere. Try it!!
