This is the best CrossFit gym in the area . Coaches are friendly and actually explain the wods and go over technique. Other gyms the coaches are concerned about the elite athletes. I started training at Limitless in January with my first trainer...but unfortunately, he had to leave town. However, when one door closes, another one opens. My wife and I were introduced to Devon, the owner of Limitless, and he was more than happy to take us on as clients! We started training w/ Devon at the beginning of March and so far, we have only been reaping the benefits! Devon is an awesome trainer! I know there are a lot of reservations about picking a trainer, but you won't feel that way with Devon! He is definitely engaged in his clients and does show you the attention you deserve.... more
