My kids been coming here for a bit & they love it. They enjoy coming 3-4 days a week. All the coaches are nice & cool. They take the time to work with all kids in class.

Kenny is the man, enough said. If you know Muay Thai you will appreciate everything coach does. His dedication to his student is unparalleled, his drive alone proves his dedication let alone his training methodology and attention to detail. He was doing crossfit style and HIIT training way before they become trendy. The man knows his stand up conditioning coaching.
