This is the best CrossFit gym in the area . Coaches are friendly and actually explain the wods and go over technique. Other gyms the coaches are concerned about the elite athletes. All of the trainers are so amazing, and they each challenge you in different ways, with new exercises each time. They focus on form and high reps, but they always make sure you are working and using weights within your body limits.... more

One of the best 24 Hr. Fitness Clubs that I've visited in my travels. Never too crowded. Clean facility. Machines impeccably maintained..I love 24 hour fitness and have had a membership for years, but when I tried to bring in my wife to try in out for one day, they tried to make us pay $15 for one day.... more

My son loved the place years ago. I work nearby and the parents suck! They just dart out in traffic and many have several kids that they decide to not carry or put in strollers..My daughter goes here and has a blast Coach Marry is so nice and super sweet to me also.... more
