This gym has got me on a track to health and fitness. No more gym hopping for me- I have found a comfortable, challenging and personalized environment! You won't regret joining this gym! I workout with Josh, one of their amazing trainers, and with his expertise I am finally achieving my goals of fitness and wellness. All trainers and staff are welcoming and happy to help! Plus they provide water and towels- the vibe is amazing, creating extra motivation!

This place is going to be amazing. I have enjoyed getting to know the owners and manager these last few month. David Lyon''s is a very down to earth person with such an amazing vision. His strength and determination is one to proud of. This gym will be a great addition to our community.

omg i pay $100 a month for what??? ya they have equipment but my trainer never shows this is the 3rd time i showed up and he is not there again.

they charged me for 4 training sessions but every time i showed up the trainer never showed. so i asked for my money back and they told me they could not do that. so i asked to close my account then and they told me i cant and that if i tried they would send it to collections
