I came to Pilates Plus when I was in fairly good body and mind condition. I got an Incredible Work Out. Sweating, using muscles, arms, legs, etc. When I left, I was drenched from the workout BUT I felt Magnificent! Best LA Fitness in the area. High turnover in staff and some are better then others. Overall place offers a lot and is pretty clean. Valet in the garage are super fast as well. Off peak is the best time to go, going at peak times can be frustrating .... more
