BIG store. Staff is friendly and helpful. I found that there are more options than you may need, which can make choosing a bit difficult. On the plus side, it will be hard not to find what you are looking for.... more
The employees are always sitting talking in the phone laughing and having a good time. They are rude when you ask them something they ignore you or respond rude. The machines have gums, dirty paper towels, and are always sticky.... more

The trainers are friendly and motivated but the classes are usually so big there's limited space, supervision and equipment. I've hurt myself several times doing their workouts and still have to pay for a few more months because everything is on a contract.... more
