I came to Pilates Plus when I was in fairly good body and mind condition. I got an Incredible Work Out. Sweating, using muscles, arms, legs, etc. When I left, I was drenched from the workout BUT I felt Magnificent! That was several years ago and I would love to get back into the shape I was then or better.... more

Its amazing I'm on the xcel gold team and its so fun. This is a true gem for kids. The staff is fabulous and the development the kids acquire is off the charts! My daughter has been attending for about 7 or 8 months and she loves it.... more

Been working out since 1984,Racquetball court.. I love the classes and the equipment. Staff is great. However, if you plan on going into the steam room or sauna, be prepared for Ignorance at its finest.... more
Good service. Too many activities recently as the school is about to start. It reduces the availability for the court to let us play basketball. But more exercise class or dance class is welcomed.... more

Best LA Fitness in the area. High turnover in staff and some are better then others. Overall place offers a lot and is pretty clean. Valet in the garage are super fast as well. Off peak is the best time to go, going at peak times can be frustrating .... more
