I started training here in November/December. Ashley is a great trainer. I've had trainers in the past put nothing like the way Ashley pushes you and knows your limits. I've lost 14 pounds so far and so glad to have the help and allow me to strive to have a healthy lifestyle.... more
The jym is beautiful. after out spin class we had delicious wraps and broozy smoothies on their roof deck over looking the ocean..This is an amazing health club! It is very easy to be motivated to workout in a place like this.... more

Very disappointing upper management. Zero stars....BEWARE this facility has a thief cutting locks in the locker rooms, stealing from purses and petty cash from locked offices. He has been seen by members and he is one of their employees.... more
Best gym I've ever been in!!! You can feel the power when you walk in!!!!!.My husband is a fan so when we went for a visit to California it was a must see stop for us. We were staying a hour away from the gym but still made sure to go and when we got at the location we were told from CT staff he was not in that day but would be the next day for a certain time and they gave us the time to come.... more

I love this gym, because they have a steam room in the women's locker room..Cameras dont work, the manager never have answers, if someone is run to the ER from there, they dont call the emergency number on file, very interesting dynamic when you try to close or put a membership on hold, the are not really supporting existing clients.... more
Never been to a climbing gym before so nothing to compare this to. But the people that work there were nice..I guess standards for a 4 star gym are alot lower in So-Cal. $33 dollar day pass unless you use Groupon.... more
Signed up for the free trial yesterday, so I didn't have swipe access. The front door was locked today even though I came during posted staffed hours. When I tried to enter through the side door, one of the workers / owners tried to shut the door in my face without saying anything.... more
This medium size gym is very nice but too many broken machines and the steam room was also down...It might get too busy around 6 pm, but other that that it's a decent gym. Worth it's money!.... more
