Very disappointing upper management. Zero stars.... BEWARE this facility has a thief cutting locks in the locker rooms, stealing from purses and petty cash from locked offices. He has been seen by members and he is one of their employees.... more
Best gym I've ever been in!!! You can feel the power when you walk in!!!!!. My husband is a fan so when we went for a visit to California it was a must see stop for us. We were staying a hour away from the gym but still made sure to go and when we got at the location we were told from CT staff he was not in that day but would be the next day for a certain time and they gave us the time to come.... more

If I could give this place minus one star for business ethic alone, I sadly would. I began taking aerial classes from Danielle Morrill in November, and signed up for the $800 40-hour aerial yoga teacher training in February, under the promise of a real certification and our aerial hammock and the safety gear that came with it.... more
I love this gym, because they have a steam room in the women's locker room.. Cameras dont work, the manager never have answers, if someone is run to the ER from there, they dont call the emergency number on file, very interesting dynamic when you try to close or put a membership on hold, the are not really supporting existing clients.... more
Don't do it.....buyers remorse all the way to level 10.. I signed my kid for the AGA for Ninja Challenge camp for a week , I was thinking to give it a try and may be sign my 3 year old girl after she turns 3 , I asked for a trial class and my request got turned down because she is 1 month short of turning three.... more
