I have been attending for almost a year now, and recommend this gym to anyone looking for somewhere to work out. The classes at No Limits are fun and challenging, the instructors are motivating and energetic, and the community of classmates is friendly and welcoming.
This place is small but you get what is needed done. People are nice and go there enough you start to see familiar faces. Very much enjoy this place.

I love NO LIMIT SPORTS & FITNESS ACADEMY in Signal Hill. My personal trainer is JENNY WORTH and she works out of this gym & outdoors at the beach. With Jenny at NO LIMITS I HAVE LOST 141 pounds. The owners of NO LIMIT are 2 beautiful & caring humans. Today the owner ALISHA treated me to a work-out on the newest piece of equipment. I have a bad leg so I can't do just any exercise. She put me on her new "POWER PLATE" and I had an amazing work-out and came off the plate with MEGA-ENERGY and NO PAIN. It's a rainy day in the LBC & I would normally be in massive pain. NO PAIN & I FEEL LIKE I COULD TAKE ANOTHER WORK-OUT. What a GREAT way to start my day. THANKS ALISHA & HILDA for providing such an amazing gym for all of us. If you like fitness or just want to lose weight, this place ROCKS & is a MUST for anyone near the Long Beach. Quit throwing money to the Corporate CHAIN gyms and come work-out in a FUN, FRIENDLY gym...AND IT IS CHEAPER than the BIG CHAIN GYMS. I found the GYM OF MY DREAMS at NO LIMIT SPORTS & FITNESS ACADEMY.
