I love Sharon's energy & passion for health and fitness. I always gain new insight or perspective when working with any of her programs. Love her!

Sharon is great! So practical. She is very knowledgeable and shares her knowledge in a practical way that you can apply to real life. No gimmick diet foods...this is a way of life based on the principles of nutrition. Health is the goal here and then of course the weight loss and improved physical appearance come with that. Just a great way to live.

Sharon is an amazing influence in my life. Her classes, both in person and online are incredible, I've grown physically and mentally into a stronger, more knowledgeable woman about my health and fitness. Wouldn't be where I am without her!

Sharon is amazing! She doesn't say things that you want to hear, she gives it to you straight, the good the bad and the ugly! She is the person you'd want to design your program and it would fit all your needs and goals. Sharon is positive and motivational and models what she teaches.Sharon's expertise in this business is phenomenal and you should not settle on anything less!!

Sharon eats, breathes and lives fitness and healthy living. She caters to the individual by creating plans for people who are vegan, vegetarian, keto and everything in between. She is all about accountability and making small life changes that make big differences. She is an expert in working out and nutrition but also stresses the importance of sleep, time management and things we all forget about like hydrating! Instead of putting the focus on what you can't eat, she stresses the importance of eating plenty of whole, clean unprocessed foods. You will not be hungry or overtired if you work with Sharon. I highly recommend her.

Sharon is extremely dedicated and knowledgeable. I like that class sizes are small, so it feels almost like having a personal trainer. She is also real with you. No fad diets - just science. If you're willing to follow her instructions (both fitness and nutrition) you will see results and do so in a healthy way. But that does mean being open to putting in work and changing some habits. If not, still a great place to go and get a killer workout in a supportive, safe environment.

This is my first time ever doing yoga and Sharon makes it super fun while still getting a great workout. All the trainers are really good, and there's a good variety of other classes you can take like ballet, pole, and in-trinity. Sharon knows what she is talking about when it comes to yoga and I love how real and down to earth she is. This has been such an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend taking classes here at Unleashed Women's Fitness Studio.

If you want a personal, fun, friendly place to workout then this studio is the best. One of the many reasons I love this place is it's diversity and there is no shame. Just come as you are and do your best. You will be guaranteed the fitness results you want.
