This was my 2nd visit back after an absence of about 9 months due to serious health issues. It was wonderful! It felt great seeing all the old faces and meeting new people. The best part was finally doing a small workout and feeling energized afterwards. Previously I only did the aquatic class but I intend to start basic yoga, do a small 29 minute cardio workout, and do one aquatic class a week. It's ambitious but that's my goals and I know I can achieve them at this gym. It's always clean, I love the pool, and the instructors are all excellent. So to me, this is the best investment in my health I can make and I am 60 years old.
