I like it kind of small. Doesn't get too busy when I come in the morning. But at night it just kind of packed but still no complaints here. I'm pretty easy-going.. The staff are great, but it's just kinda small.... more
My first class a woman fell and hurt her ankle but because the instructor was all the way on the other side of the class it took her a while to even notice...and that was with us trying to call her over.... more
Smaller than other locations but convenient. Less busy now that the transbay location opened in December.. Worst customer service. I tried to cancel my membership in November and they apparently don't teach their staff how to do it properly? I stopped getting charged so I assumed it had been cancelled but I suddenly got a 350 dollar charge months later in January from fitness sf.... more
It was a basic gym. No frills but had everything you needed. Closed as of 3/1/18.. Terrible services staff are rude I was there 5 minutes ago with my free pass and they want to charge 20 dollars I gladd you closing this place.... more
This place used to be awesome, now they've oversold the hell out of it. Impossible to get any of the machines you want. People are working out in every inch of the gym, you can barely walk through without getting whipped in the face by a jump rope.... more

This gym is in a good location, but that's pretty much all it has going for it. I had to call multiple times to cancel my account, until I finally appeared in person and was told I would receive a call back from a "manager".... more
This is the worst 24 hour fitness...It's not necessarily the gym although you find your fair share of ellipticals, treadmills, & stair climbers "out of order" but what makes this 24 hour fitness the worst is the clientele here.... more

Things you should know: - it's a very fast paced class - it is a serious workout, so don't get disappointed if your body doesn't allow you to get to a lot of poses - it is dark in the room during class - it's a bit cramped, but hey it has a perk of creating a super friendly atmosphere and you get to meet new and exciting people, after bumping into each other in the corridor!.... more
The bang for your buck is what City Sports is all about. My body has changed for the better. I am motivated when I walk in. And when there are issues, which any place that is as busy as a gym is, them seems to be resolved quickly.... more
Ran here the other day. The windows are papered up and the door locked: it appears closed.. Impossible to quit this gym. I've been getting charged for 6 months and the gym manager seems to have "lost" a signed contract which she claims has me on the hook for a full year, with no ability to cancel due to moving.... more
Really upscale gym i feel like lunch time is the best time to go. The only gym I've joined that's been able to keep me coming back/ stick with the habit of working out. Awesome facilities, incredible equipment, clean.... more
The facility is excellent - clean, well-maintained, equipment is great. Another thing I loved about this gym is classes, the variety is fantastic, times are convenient, and I'd taken many different classes, and all instructors were fantastic, naturally some I liked better, but truly can't complain about a single one.... more
HOA is a good place for little ones and adults ! There are 3 trampoline areas. One specially for 3-6 yr olds. If you have a poor experience please ask an employee to radio a supervisor/ or manager if you feel you cannot resolve your issue with that current staff member.... more
