My partner took a "beginner" parkour class here and was badly injured. The coaching was rushed and she said the class was intense for a "beginner" class. During class, she dislocated her ankle badly enough to go to the ER.... more

This place is decent. The front staff is very friendly but one particular personal trainer red had the audacity to come up and harass me about my water bottle. It is a glass water bottle but the way she went by it was wrong especially because she has seen me bring it to the gym for a whole month and never said anything.... more

This studio is one of the most beautiful and serene studios I have ever been to. High ceilings, lots of natural light, bamboo floors, trees surrounding the deck...and tea for everyone! I love to workout here. I wish they have hip thrusts machine and hack squat machine, but anyways everything else is fine. Staff members are so kind and welcoming.. I love all of the classes that I've ever taken here.... more
Great workout, super energy. The only negative is the hygienic standard, you change between floor and treadmill - if you are unlucky like I was and the other person sweats a lot and doesn't clean in between changes than you have to clean yourself constantly after another person.... more

This studio is so welcoming and inviting, and the instructors take immense pride in their work. The ambiance is very zen and warm, and there are so many classes to choose from. Restorative classes are there for the days you just need to stretch and relax, and power classes are there for the days you want to work.... more
