Nice place to train. Not the biggest place for weightlifting but they had pretty much everything you needed to get a workout in. The gym has a lot of boxing equipment so if you're looking to practice boxing or kickboxing this is a good gym for this.... more

The tiny tigers class is great. The teacher, Mr Peters does very well with all the young kids.. my kid goes here, and she loves it! she's 7 years old and we switched her from gymnastics to taekwondo.... more
