This school has so many amazing! The main instructor teaches everyone respect for themselves and others. He shows them discipline and does not allow anyone to be disrespectful to ANYONE! They make work for it. I see a sea of people running, working out. Wish i could afford training like that, i stopped in the staff and trainers all super friendly. I have fitness goals but it's a bit pricey and i can go to those meatmarket style gyms.... more
