There front desk staff is not that friendly and does not do a good job of making you feel welcomed. I think the instructors are awesome though so this is unfortunate. I tried providing feedback to shed light on some things that happened a few time through email and no one ever responded to me, so I don't think this important to this location.... more
15 months ago I discovered Basic Training. No surprise that it was recently voted Best of Scottsdale 2019 Best Place to Exercise and Best Personal Trainer . I never had any issues with the Coaches/equipment in here everything was excellent, went fine and i was very happy till i had an injury and requested for Freeze from Nov 21 or Nov 22, 2019 but they still charged me all through March 2020 and not refunding my money and ended up saying Freeze updates are not in there system.... more

Nice place to train. Not the biggest place for weightlifting but they had pretty much everything you needed to get a workout in. The gym has a lot of boxing equipment so if you're looking to practice boxing or kickboxing this is a good gym for this.... more
