When this was a 24 hour fitness, I got a killer deal. Nearly 800 upfront for 3 year membership and 5 PT sessions. Unlimited $50 per year after that. LA fitness does not do the deals that 24hr fitness did, but they are at least honoring the deals they inherited from 24hr fitness.... more
The facility is very nice. Very clean though sometimes the bathroom needs attention. Plenty of equipment. The staff is as unfriendly as any other LA Fitness. The lack of training about customer service and friendliness to customers is a common thread in all LA Fitness centers.... more

I didn't use the gym classes enough and when I went to downgrade my membership they let me know that I had just been billed that day my membership fee. I asked if they could rebill at the new rate they said no.... more

It was a nice gym to go to. However, during a pandemic / national emergency, they DID NOT change their policy of having to physically come in to freeze/cancel a membership. Very socially irresponsible for this current time when have been advised to quarantine.... more

Never informed us with email or phone call they were closing shop. Very unprofessional from the red headed bastard owner !. The customer service at smart gym is awful. They charged me a cancellation fee, even though I never renewed my contract.... more

Love this gym but the kids club is extremely lacking! If they would improve the kids area this would be a 5 star place!! Not ever crazy busy like other gyms in the area which is why i can here.... more
The YMCA will be closing soon. And will officially be Student Choice High School. I love the staff so much, they are very friendly and the girls/guys at the gym are never afraid to give me advice on improving technique which is really important to me and I appreciate it a lot.... more
Thanks for the heads up regarding the remodel. I just woke up early and drove across town to find out for the first time that the gym is closed lol. Sat for a minute in the parking lot and watched at least 6 other cars do the same thing I did.... more
