I went today for 5:30 yoga class I guess it's every Thursday and Tuesday from what I was told by the instructorshe went above and beyond from what I was expecting she had her own personal touch to the class it went by so fast because I was enjoying myself that I wish it didn't end it's a little tricky to get there just because of traffic but it's so worth it especially for me since I live in South Phoenix and it's difficult for me to find a good class the facilities were nice the room we were in was clean I very much enjoyed the atmosphere I'm definitely going to come back to anyone looking for a good yoga class with a good instructor that challenges you but yet keeps it free spirited this is the one.... more

I tried this place because they had a good Groupon deal. Mistake! The deal was for three months, I quit after a month. The coaches don't review movements with beginners . I see so many people doing incorrect movements and the coaches ignore them.... more

There front desk staff is not that friendly and does not do a good job of making you feel welcomed. I think the instructors are awesome though so this is unfortunate. I tried providing feedback to shed light on some things that happened a few time through email and no one ever responded to me, so I don't think this important to this location.... more

I never had any issues with the Coaches/equipment in here everything was excellent, went fine and i was very happy till i had an injury and requested for Freeze from Nov 21 or Nov 22, 2019 but they still charged me all through March 2020 and not refunding my money and ended up saying Freeze updates are not in there system.... more

Nice place to train. Not the biggest place for weightlifting but they had pretty much everything you needed to get a workout in. The gym has a lot of boxing equipment so if you're looking to practice boxing or kickboxing this is a good gym for this.... more
