The gym is clean, newer, and overall great, but PLEASE get it together with employees showing up to open the gym on time. This is the second or third time in two months where I've shown up at 4:30a and the gym is still locked.... more
It was a nice gym to go to. However, during a pandemic / national emergency, they DID NOT change their policy of having to physically come in to freeze/cancel a membership. Very socially irresponsible for this current time when have been advised to quarantine.... more

Never informed us with email or phone call they were closing shop. Very unprofessional from the red headed bastard owner !. The customer service at smart gym is awful. They charged me a cancellation fee, even though I never renewed my contract.... more

Love this gym but the kids club is extremely lacking! If they would improve the kids area this would be a 5 star place!! Not ever crazy busy like other gyms in the area which is why i can here.... more
The YMCA will be closing soon. And will officially be Student Choice High School. I love the staff so much, they are very friendly and the girls/guys at the gym are never afraid to give me advice on improving technique which is really important to me and I appreciate it a lot.... more
Thanks for the heads up regarding the remodel. I just woke up early and drove across town to find out for the first time that the gym is closed lol. Sat for a minute in the parking lot and watched at least 6 other cars do the same thing I did.... more

Worst gym ever. No pool no basketball. No swimming towels. Worst hours in whole state. Look it up. Do not waste your time or money. Best part they charge 33$ a month. I just want to know for what exactly????? Its beyond me why people give it five stars.... more

The staff will ignore you if they find out you are an ASU student. The partnership seems to be a joke. Thankfully, I don't enjoy working out on the YMCA side so I avoid them. The equipment is old and outdated.... more
