Anna is a body detective! Her ability to see the body, assess distortions & provide corrections is magical! Fave part of the training is all of it. Will be taking more modules with her ASAP. Thank you for accepting me into the BB family!!

Each Instructor exhibits broad-based knowledge of multiple pieces of equipment; reformer, chair, spine corrector, ladder barrel, etc., making every session individualized, fresh and challenging.
