This place is easily the best gym community in the Valley! Any of the classes are very welcoming for beginners and the students and instructors push you hard and make you feel right at home. And if you're thinking about personal training coach Albe is the man! He's super knowledgeable about all aspects of mixed martial arts and will bring out the best version of yourself and get you in shape. Joining this gym was one of the best decisions I've made in my entire life.
I first started in a parkinsons research program and have continued to work with my trainer Albe ever since, because he has been great with my personal needs. The gym has a great atmosphere and a friendly staff. Highly recommend

This gym is great. My young son trains there and is encouraged by the intense training and the absolute support of all the boxers there. He's only 10 and they are all very considerate and encouraging to him. It's great to see a bunch of bad-asses really support a little kid.
