This gym offers a lot for a person who wants variety. I workout with a personal trainer at Addeofit and appreciate the various options we have for our workout. I have not tried any of the classes yet, but I am intrigued.... more

Chris of Workout Boss came to our business retreat and provided 30-minute chair massages and it was amazing. So much stress relieved, was considerate when it came to each individual's pressure level, and had great essential oils available as well.... more

My child attends before school care in Saint Francis. YMCA provides those services for a very reasonable price and I've always been happy with my child's care.. Great facility with a big track and excellent group classes.... more

What's the point of buying a day pass if you can't use everything the place offers? I dont reccomend this gym at all.. They should add another leg press machine for people that wanna take pictures, otherwise.... more
Great fitness center. Elliptical machines need to be wiped down regularly. Someone else's gross sweat spots on the base for days. Crazy guy jumps from treadmill to treadmill and doesn't wipe them down and he is all sweaty.... more
