This is not your typical gym. Everyone is on a name to name basis and extremely inviting. I entered the 6 week challenge hoping to lose 10 pounds. They provided me with a meal plan , grocery shopping list, tons of healthy recipes for during and after the challenge, and an accountability coach who checked in on me weekly.... more
