Beautiful facility not well marked.At the UWM Lady Panthers and Cleveland State Basketball game..It has a nice gym to play basketball in.Good equipment, but it's too small for the number of people who use it.... more

Fantastic box. I dropped in and was definitely intimidated at first because they are all very fit. But they were so insanely supportive. I was last to finish. No one knew me, but they all gathered around as I finished up the wod and cheered me on.... more
The staff here has been so friendly and helpful. Makes it easier to come to the gym lol.I went over winter break and have 3 friends with memberships. There have been multiple instances of them being followed around and harassed by men.... more

It's comfortable, has all the right equipment, staff is nice, worth it to have a Blackcard Membership. I like that at this location their are people of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels, overall its very diverse but we all have the same goals in mind.... more
The only Yoga center that has certified Ashtanga instructors. These people are very friendly, helpful and their is no judgement when you start. They have limited hours though..The only certified ashtanga yoga teachers in Wisconsin.... more

I love that it is open 24 hours a day and the cleanliness. I have seen the staff clean and wipe the equipment down frequently for the hour or so I'm there working out!.They have friendly classes with an professional instructor who helps me to achieve my goals and push me to keep going when in reality I know I need the help to continue with my routine as I make it a habit.... more
