Love this studio. I am not intimated when I go . Classes are intimate and it is more about the students during each class rather than an hour of straight yoga. There is always dialog between students and the instructor.... more

The environment was warm and welcoming, the instructor made you feel very comfortable, despite sitting on a silk hammock for the first time and being out of my comfort zone ;) She gave me the confidence and trust in myself that I have the strength and ability to execute the poses.... more

I practiced here like 6 months. It's a clean studio, the yoga is really good. The schedule is good and has options for any time. My only complaint is it's only power yoga but that's the name so I can't really take off a star.... more

The only Yoga center that has certified Ashtanga instructors. These people are very friendly, helpful and their is no judgement when you start. They have limited hours though..The only certified ashtanga yoga teachers in Wisconsin.... more
I practiced here many years and also did work trade. The facilities are very clean and honestly the best studio in the area aesthetic wise. The classes are good, they offer 90 minute Bikram which I can only find at one other studio.... more
I came here 4 times over the course of a 30 day trial. The first two times i had an excellent instructor Mirian- she really generated the energy amongst the whole class, i felt very included and I also felt empowered and like my body and mind were very united.... more
I have to write this review because I have never felt so violated after going to a yoga class for the first time. I understand that sometimes a yoga instructor will touch you to help with alignment, but I have never had an instructor touch my ass so repeatedly, or ever, during a class.... more
