Basic 1 2 punch combo. Will not let you take advanced classes until you have so many beginner classes in no matter your experience. No sparring. Was told someone would get in contact with me about advanced classes and sparring and I have yet to receive correspondence from anyone.... more

Great place. Wonderful atmosphere. Very family friendly. Frank is an exceptional trainer.. I have trained at other boxing gyms but when i came to ace the whole atmosphere and training was different.... more
