The owners train you and they're very educated and they both take the time to teach you the correct way to work out and will do what it takes to help you get what you want out of a gym with the best results! Anna is such an amazing instructor! She makes classes so fun, and let you practice at your own pace. I like to challenge myself so she always teach me new poses and we keep working on them throughout the classes.... more
I've been to 4 gyms in Tacoma and Lakewood and this is the best bang for your buck. Plenty of space, never crowded, great locker room area, clean, good customer service and so much equipment.... more
Don't even try to get a membership there. Had a scary experience when I was trying to cancel the membership due to their hot tub was closing often. They said OK to cancel at first so I canceled , but then they kept taking my money next 3 months! I called them again and asked why they took money, and they said I have to send a canceling letter to head quarter.... more
