They need more workout machines, there is way to many treadmills and elliptical machines that hardly ever get used when I've worked out there.. Clean place. Small. TVs on the macines: I wish they posted a list of the available channels somewhere nearby, so that we can change the settings according to our preferences.... more

The owners train you and they're very educated and they both take the time to teach you the correct way to work out and will do what it takes to help you get what you want out of a gym with the best results! Hands down, or downward dog down the best studio in Tacoma and beyond! Even when on vacation I have trouble finding studios that compare to TY. The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and there's a great mix of flow, strength and variety that go beyond sun salutations.... more
I have been coming to RCF for quite some time. When I first came I will admit that I was a bit nervous, but that quickly disappeared after my first few classes. It is a great supportive community of people with excellent coaches! The coaches are committed to making sure you use proper technique and they get the best out of you! Don't even try to get a membership there. Had a scary experience when I was trying to cancel the membership due to their hot tub was closing often. They said OK to cancel at first so I canceled , but then they kept taking my money next 3 months! I called them again and asked why they took money, and they said I have to send a canceling letter to head quarter.... more
