Great place for adults who are looking for a martial arts program that has real world application. I've been training at this school for a number of years. I loved this place. Everyone is so friendly and you get a really good work out with the kickboxing class. I had to stop going cause of school and work, but definitely will go back when my schedules doesn't interfere with the class schedules.... more
