I have been to so many gyms, tried so many diets and have taken about every weight loss supplement/pill you can imagine. I was referred to Rebel by a good friend and I found what I was looking for. Between the trainers who actually care, the intensity of the workouts (which are customized to your ability), the encouragement of the staff and the overall community of people all sharing the same goal, getting fit, I have found a place I can be successful. From 243lbs to 197lbs in 4 months with hard work, diet and exercise, I'm looking forward to hitting my next goal! Thank you Rebel Fitness and Performance!
