This gym is gross. I joined in January and honestly, this is the dirtiest gym I've ever used. The Showers are gross and seem to have issues being staying hot. Soap is always empty. Also, the doors for the Sauana and Steam room are just laughable.... more
Gym has good equipment however try to avoid peak times if you hate crowd. Personal trainer package is a pure rip off. Staff is nice until you sign up for the package. Some trainers don't even look fit.... more
Great staff, good bouldering area and big walls. Was a great time.. My favorite rope climbing gym in the area. They've got a really extensive mix of climbs and a really friendly staff.... more
The equipment is smarter than the up-to-date plenty of room they have stacious locker rooms steam room and a swimming pool are employees are always nice. I miss this YMCA - as I just to the the DC area.... more
Fantastic place. Instructors are top notch. Gym is spotless and reformers are in superb condition. Great results from the workouts. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Really good classes to balance strength and cardio training for me and the class leaders are great.... more
Average fitness club that charges premium prices. Equipment maintenance turnaround times could be better. HVAC is a major issue for this location. This club was closed for a month while they tried to fix the issue, but the ceiling still seems to leak.... more
4 Star for amazing personal trainer Nick. Nick is such a funny person that training with him always accompanied with tons of laughs. I wasn't a big fan of gym workout before . But he literally make the workout attractive.... more
Perhaps one of the best investments on campus. They have several floors of free weights, a track on the top floor, exercise machines galore, mat and wooden studio rooms with mirrors, a pool, basketball courts, and a climbing wall.... more
Classes are hard ,but great fun. Manily HIIT workouts focused on building Power, Strength and Endurance. If taken seriously, results are visible pretty quickly.. Very helpful, kind staff.... more
Dropped in for a morning workout. Great coach and great workout. Everyone there made us feel welcome. I was with Riot Athletics for only a few months, but I very much enjoyed all their classes.... more
