I recently upgraded my membership because I was very satisfied with my workouts and coaches are fantastic. Changed gyms due to the unfriendly staff especially the new trainer and her made up rules. Wish the old trainer stayed. Now I have to drive 20 minutes to Norfolk to go to a gym where the trainer is attentive, knowledgeable and has been there for years.... more

The enviroment here is a great one to develop a good workout routine. The staff here are so helping and it is by far the best iron around. If you can think of it as a fitness equipment they probably got it here.... more
