I have a student membership and have been trying to cancel my "month-to-month" subscription for two months now, meaning they have now charged me $100 that I did not want charged. I emailed the address listed on the website to cancel, and the email was outdated. I called the studio to cancel, and was told to send an email to a different address. I did so. I got no response, so I visited in person to cancel twice. I was told to send an email, and if that didn't work to come back and visit at 1pm on a certain day. That is very difficult with my family's work schedule, but I was able to show up and nobody was at the desk. In total I have sent four emails to three different addresses hoping for a reply. My account is still active. I will be calling my bank and asking them to block future charges.
Personal complaint that does not affect my rating: Most classes at this studio are vinyasa classes that do not allow time to hold and perfect postures. If I was a little more experienced this might not be an issue (the classes are great otherwise). When I joined, I decided to regularly attend a 26 Postures class, but when the instructor moved the class was cancelled. I loved Sadie's Yin class, but a class once a week is not worth the money to me. I will unfortunately be doing my practice at home from now on. If I do return to the studio for a session (I love the instructors!), I will be paying cash.

I went here for the first time this morning and I plan to come here about every day forever. I felt so comfortable with the instructions for new students, the easy membership options online, and the easy class reservation system. I felt very welcomed and did not mind being a complete beginner! I loved the hot yoga class and felt like I could go my own pace. The decor and the restroom is gorgeous and I felt like royalty here! I love the location and can't wait to improve my strength and balance.
