The Yoga room has been a wonderful place to do yoga. I started taking classes here about a year ago when I was having some pain in my knees from running. While the yoga definitely helped to alleviate some of that pain, I discovered that I actually enjoyed the classes as well! It's now become a part of my regular routine.... more
