I have frequented this studio for about 8 years. The staff is excellent, caring and inclusive. They are able to make the class accessible for all body types an abilities. the owner, Zelinda, regularly studies in India and brings back knowledge and insight to share with staff and clients alike. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

I am a huge fan of this yoga studio's involvement in the community. The Yoga Room sponsors Yoga in the Park which is a free event that encourages the community to practice yoga in a shared space. For that, they have won my heart.
The teachers are knowledgable, friendly, and warm. I have not seen very many young people at this studio. In many of the classes, I appear to be the youngest person in the room. It makes me wonder if their schedule prohibits some people from attending classes there? There is a TON of empty space on their online schedule, and they are lacking early morning classes (before work) and late night classes during the week.
Very nice class size and atmosphere! Teachers create a lesson based on your skill and even check in with each class member before class begins to see if there is anything in particular they'd like to focus on that day. Lovely studio!
