I never was a huge fan of The Yoga Room because I thought the old location was kinda run down and crowded, but the new location is sparkling clean and spacious! The parking situation is a 100% improvement. The location is great because it's near Brookside, but just far enough away to miss the traffic and crowds so it's easy to get there 5 minutes early without missing any class.
I also think this studio has a great teacher line up and a large variety of interesting classes. Beth Ann's classes on Monday and Tuesday nights are DIVINE. I've been practicing yoga at different studios around Tulsa for more than 15 years, and hers are some of my favorite classes ever! Emma also has a fantastic class line-up if you love challenging power classes (she's another one of my fav Tulsa teachers who I follow around town).
All around, great place! And they're on ClassPass. As much as I don't want my favorite classes to fill up even more, I can't keep something this good secret!

New studio space is great! Staff and teachers are friendly and knowledge. Whether taking your first yoga class or your 500th class the teachers are able to fit the needs of all levels of students. The Yoga Room gives you the tools to grow your practice physically, mentally and spiritually.

Love The Yoga Room! All instructors have their own unique specialty and/or contribution. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. Nicole (owner) has poured her heart and soul into making this an amazing yoga spot in Tulsa!

The discs is serene, Nicole has extensive props, from lots of blankets to comfy bolsters and everything in between. The Yoga Room has a wide variety of instructors and lots of classes to choose from. Beginners will find plenty to choose from as do experienced yoga students. You are invited to come check out The Yoga Room.

This is such a great place to practice yoga. The studio is in a great location above the bustle of Brookside. The space is warm and welcoming and they have everything you need to practice yoga at hand. The instructors are knowledgeable and welcoming. This is my favorite yoga studio in Tulsa.

I came here as a guest with a friend and got hooked. The space is small and familiar. The teachers here are outstanding. I've been working soooo hard on my hand stands and I've received outstanding feedback to help me on my journey. Thanks you all!

Very inviting space. I recommend the Kundalini class with Sabrina. Oh, and there was a Tool sticker on the mini-fridge next to front desk so you know that they know what's up.
