We were passing through Topeka and needed to break up the drive with some movement. The class was a perfect stop! The teacher was great at leading through different levels of difficulty for each pose. I'd highly recommend this studio!

Instructors that are second to none in our area. Highly trained, certified, and conditioned in ongoing education, these instructors work with all levels - from those whom are brand new to yoga to the well-practiced yogi. Fun, addictive, and challenging, The Yoga Room will work with you one on one to fit with both your individuals needs and skill set. THE BEST OF THE BEST right here in our Top City!

As a yoga teacher since 2012, I highly recommend the quality instruction happening here. It is welcoming, accessible, and good for all levels. Your first class is free, as are mats and props available for use. We loved our visit here as we were passing through on a road trip from yoga Capitol USA, Asheville, North Carolina. Would happily return.
