Only been to two classes as of this review, but the staff is friendly and the flow classes are a great start for beginners! So far i love it!. The staff and instructors are welcoming and enthusiastic about the classes they teach.... more

I had never tried yoga before, but I finally thought I should give it a try. Yoga Bar has a good mixture of relaxation type classes and heated work-outs. I have been impressed with this studio and highly recommend.... more
