Live fitness has helped me get into shape for my military basic training. I was only able to train here for a month, when i first started here i could only do 34 pushups in a minute, 44 situps in a minute, 2 pullups, and my mile and a half was only 10:34.... more

I work out here very often and this place has everything you need for a workout. There's also a swimming pool and you can take yoga classes..Great place for working out. Try it..The gym is nice but the food area only takes cash no cards! Time to upgrade & catch up to the world.... more
