I worked out here regularly from age 14-18. Personally, looking back, I think the owner takes a bit too much of an interest in the young girls who workout here. That is simply my own opinion.... more

I work out here very often and this place has everything you need for a workout. There's also a swimming pool and you can take yoga classes..Great place for working out. Try it..The gym is nice but the food area only takes cash no cards! Time to upgrade & catch up to the world.... more

A great clean gym. Staff are nice from my experience. Equipment has broken while I've been using it and I have seen equipment unavailable as well but this cant be avoided and is not the fault of the gym I believe.... more

....if your looking for s gym that has no soap, paper towels or hand sanitizer this is your gym. The equipment is old and worn with some even broken. A perfect place to catch Covid 19.... more
